Your chance to help create new literary map of Exeter
Published: 27 April 2023
Exeter Unesco City of Literature is creating a new literary map of Exeter and the rest of Devon – and it needs your help to do it.
The literary map will feature beautiful bookshops, historical literary landmarks, famous writers and the best reading spots to sit down and enjoy a book.
To help complete the literary map people are being asked to reveal where they most like to read - it could be somewhere to soak up the sunshine or avoid getting soaked, a hidden public garden or a bench with a view. Wherever it is, Exeter Unesco City of Literature wants to know about it.
To take part click on the following link: Where do you love to read in Devon? 📖 (google.com)
Please submit entries by Monday 8 May, and your spot could to be featured in a stunning printed map which will be produced this summer.
People are also being encouraged to post pictures of their favourite reading spot on social media, including a postcode if possible, and tag @exetercityoflit
