Take part in Exeter’s Armed Forces Day

People in Exeter are being encouraged to share their support for the city’s affiliated regiments on Saturday (20 June) as part of Armed Forces Day.

This year’s parade, which normally takes place a week ahead of the national Armed Forces Day, has been cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.

However the City Council will still be marking the occasion with a virtual celebration of the Day online.

Messages from various dignitaries including the Lord Mayor of Exeter, will be posted on the City Council’s Facebook page, along with those from affiliated regiments and representatives of cadets and veterans.
