No need to book in advance for Riverside swim sessions

Swimmers using the Riverside Leisure Centre will not need to book general swimming sessions from Monday 23 August, Exeter Leisure has announced.

The change means that from Monday, customers will be able attend the centre for swimming sessions, without having to book in advance.

However, the Centre has reserved two bookable sessions per day for those who prefer the ability to guarantee a space.

Moving forward, there will be no need to book the main pool and learner pool separately, all bookings will include both pools.

Lane swimming and all other activities remain bookable, and can be done so via the Exeter Leisure App and website.

The centre is also making some changes to the way in which lane swims are booked. Exeter Leisure has asked users to ‘bear with us’ as these changes come into effect.

The new timetable will be displayed shortly on both the app and the Leisure pages of the Exeter City Council website.
