Lord Mayor to attend Remembrance Sunday Service at Northernhay Gardens Remembrance Sunday Service

The Lord Mayor of Exeter Cllr Trish Oliver will be accompanied by civic dignitaries and representatives of the military at this year’s Sunday Remembrance Service at Northernhay Gardens.

On Sunday 14 November, a civic reception will be held at the Guildhall for invited guests ahead of a procession to the War Memorial at Northernhay Gardens for the service from 10.45am.

Wreaths will be laid at the memorial and a two minute silence will be observed at 11am.

Members of the public are welcome to attend the event and social distancing will be encouraged.

Last year there was no live Remembrance Sunday Services in Exeter because of Covid-19 restrictions, and instead a service was streamed online.
