Hundreds of Exeter businesses will pay no business rates

Almost 900 businesses in Exeter have been awarded a 100% retail, hospitality and leisure business rates discount.

Revised bills for zero pounds were sent on 31 March.

Nurseries eligible for the 100% discount have also been identified, and revised bills for zero pounds are on their way.

Businesses eligible for either the Small Business Grant or Retail, Hospitality & Leisure Grant will be contacted soon, so that they can access financial help.

We are working hard to put systems in place to make sure these funds get to the right businesses in the correct amounts.
