Customer Service Centre to close due to ongoing Covid-19 outbreak

Customers requiring our services are being urged to contact us by phone or go online, in light of the coronavirus outbreak.

From Tuesday (24 March), the City Council will close its Customer Service Centre in Paris Street to the general public.

However, customers seeking emergency housing advice will still be able do so in person at the Customer Service Centre.

“We will be responding to the vast majority of customers’ queries by phone or directing them to our online services,” said Council Leader Phil Bialyk.

“This approach is in line with current social distancing advice and our commitment to protecting our staff and the public as much as we are able to,” he added.
