All welcome to sing in solidarity with Ukraine at RAMM Eurovision event Show solidarity with Ukraine

Exeter’s Royal Albert Memorial Museum will be joining in this weekend’s Eurovision extravaganza by hosting its own musical celebration.

On the final day of Eurovision, which is being hosted in Liverpool, people are being invited to the RAMM Garden to unite with Ukraine through music, together with others across the country.

At 12pm on Saturday 13 May, groups of singers will be coming together in public spaces across the country to perform the Beatles song With a Little Help From My Friends, which has been chosen by the Ukraine Ministry of Culture.

At RAMM, in Queen Street, Exeter’s award-winning ladies singing group River City Chorus, St Leonards Primary School choir and students of the Pauline Quirk Academy, will lead people in singing at midday.

They will also be entertaining people either side of the group song, with an hour of performances to enjoy.

Everyone is welcome to attend. If possible, wear the yellow and blue colours of the Ukrainian flag to show support and solidarity with the people of Ukraine.
