Your views are needed on Exeter’s new Council Housing Strategy Council Housing Strategy

The City Council is updating its Council Housing Strategy – and your views are needed to ensure that it reflects the needs of residents in the city.

The Housing Strategy will set out the vision and plans for the Council Housing Service over the next five years.

The new strategy will guide the work of the Council and its partners on housing matters.

There are many issues facing both the Council as a housing provider and residents in the city, not least the recent raft of legislation and guidance.

The Council will address all the requirements to make sure it continues to provide the best service possible.

The consultation aims to ensure that the right priorities have been identified for the Housing Strategy and these meet the needs of our city.

The draft Council Housing Strategy document is available to read and download on our website: exeter.gov.uk/council-and-democracy/consultations-and-petitions/council-housing-strategy/

The consultation consists of a short survey which will help to inform the Council about its priorities for the future.

The consultation will run until 4 October. Take part today by vising: exeter.gov.uk/council-and-democracy/consultations-and-petitions/council-housing-strategy/
