Dinah Cox OBE, chair of the Community and Wellbeing recovery group, highlights proposals to invest in Wellbeing Exeter and how the Sport England pilot is helping people in Exeter improve their health.

Dinah said: “The Wellbeing Exeter network reaches into every part of the city and I think it’s been a vital ingredient in the community response to Covid-19… it’s targeted those in greatest hardship as a result of the pandemic. Our challenges now are to continue to secure funding to sustain and expand this work and to address key issues identified through on-going learning and listening. As we come through the pandemic and we go towards recovery we’ll have a city that really works for all its citizens.”
