Spring Activity Day enjoyed by those braving the weather

People braved the drizzly weather to attend a Spring Activity Day in Exeter.

The special event took place at Wonford Playing Fields on Friday and delivered fun, creative and community based activities for people of all ages to enjoy.

The event was organised by Exeter City Council in partnership with Mears, Devon Wildlife Trust, Magic Carpet, and FREEMOVEMENT.

Those attending were able to join up with local community artists and other organisations to create unique crafts and contribute to a fantastic community art project.

There were also storytelling sessions, eco-activities and fun physical games.

Free tea and coffee was provided by the Wonford Community Centre.
