Procession through city centre celebrates Exeter’s legal profession
Published: 9 June 2022
An age-old tradition takes place in Exeter today (Thursday 9 June), with a parade through the city centre as part of the High Sheriff’s Legal Service.
The Service is held every year with the aim of bringing together those involved in the maintenance of law and order, the administration of justice and those involved in related voluntary organisations.
A procession will take place at 5:10pm through the High Street, followed by a Service at Exeter Cathedral.
