Podcast: how rough sleepers are being helped to secure accommodation Exeter’s Housing Access Team

Exeter’s Housing Access Team, part of the Housing Needs Team, matches landlords with available properties with households who need help to find private rented accommodation.

As part of a series of features to mark World Homeless Day 2023, the team highlight a new service, which aims to provide people who have been rough sleeping with the practical skills and confidence needed to find private rented accommodation.

The team also support people and help deal with any issues once they have moved into private accommodation.
