NHS Test & Trace Support System funds available

Financial help may be available for those who have been told to self-isolate by NHS Test & Trace.

Those who are on low income and unable to work from home while self-isolating, may be able to receive a £500 grant under the government’s Test & Trace Support Payment.

The Payment is being administered by Exeter City Council on behalf of the government.

The Payment is available even if those self-isolating do not receive other means tested benefits. Payment can also be made if a person has to stay home from work to look after a child who has  been told to isolate by their school.
