Landlords invited to get the latest advice on renting at free event

Landlords wanting more information about proposed new legislation on renting properties are being invited to a free event at Exeter Racecourse.

The event, on Thursday 6 July, is designed to assist landlords who may be feeling uncertain about the changes under the Renters (Reform) Bill.

The proposed legislative changes will be discussed alongside other helpful bite-size talks covering Property Tax and Finance, and Property Standards and Management.

The free event has been organised by Exeter, East Devon, Teignbridge and Mid Devon district councils, and has been sponsored by Tozers LLP.

It will host exhibitions from specialist companies covering many aspects of property management, as well as support organisations available to help smooth the tenancy pathway.

There will be a range of experts on hand to answer any questions landlords may have.
