Households in Exeter can apply for free energy efficiency improvements

Lower income householders in Exeter and across Devon are invited to apply for free energy efficiency improvements to their homes worth thousands of pounds thanks to new government funding.

The scheme is being delivered by the Cosy Devon partnership, which includes Exeter City Council and local authorities across the county

The scheme will offer eligible householders the chance to improve the warmth and energy efficiency of their homes by ‘retrofitting’ them.

It comes as overnight temperatures and set to fall below zero from Wednesday until the start of next week.
