Explore a guided walk around Exeter’s Valley Parks Explore a guided walk

There’s a chance to explore Exeter’s green treasures – the Valley Parks - over the coming weeks and get out and about on a series of guided walks.

Devon Wildlife Trust, who manage the six Valley Parks on behalf of the City Council, have organised three guided walks, kicking off on Wednesday 4 May in Ludwell Valley Park.

People will be able to see and hear about the history and wildlife of this fascinating urban green space.

On Wednesday 11 May there’ll be a chance to explore Mincinglake Valley Park in the company of Devon Wildlife Trust’s Chris Moulton, Nature Reserve Officer for Exeter Valley Parks.

And finally, on Wednesday 18 May there’ll be a chance to have a walk around Riverside Valley Park.

All walks start at 7pm and last around 90 minutes. All will include slopes, steps and rough ground. The walks are free to attend but places are limited and people are encouraged to book via the Devon Wildlife Trust website www.devonwildlifetrust.org/events where they will find more details.
