Exeter’s Farmers Market on look-out for more producers Exeter’s Farmers Market

Organisers of Exeter’s Farmers Market are keen to hear from producers who would like to come on board and sell their wares at the weekly event.

The Market, which operates every Thursday from 9am to 1pm at the junction of South Street and Fore Street in Exeter, was recently rebranded with smart yellow and black stalls.

The Market has various gaps that could be filled by local or West Country producers.

Helen Coombes, who is responsible for the management of the market, said:  “We would really like to have traditional farmhouse cakes, biscuits, scones etc.

“We’re also looking for a Cheese, Beer, Cider, & Preserves producers and a delicatessen to join our friendly team,” she added.

“If you are interested, we have an introductory offer that will save you money, and give you a helping hand to start at the market.

Exeter Farmers Market offers shoppers the chance to find top quality West Country produce in the heart of the city. The market is a vibrant and enjoyable place to buy and sell and meet with producers who offer a delicious range of foods including venison, pork, lamb, beef, chicken, organic fruit and vegetables, apple juice, fish, chicken, preserves, cakes, bread, pies and much more.
