Exeter City Council is updating its Housing Strategy

The Housing Strategy will set out the council's vision and plans for housing over the next 5 years.

It will guide the work of the Council and our partners on housing matters.

There are many issues facing us and our residents not least the raft of legislation and guidance that has been and will continue to be forthcoming, we will address all the requirements to make sure that we provide the best service we can.

We are undertaking this consultation to ensure that we have the right priorities for our Housing Strategy and that these meet the needs of our City.

The aim of this short survey is to help inform us about our priorities for the future.

Your answers will be really useful in shaping the strategy and will help us respond to the wishes and aspirations of residents wherever we can.
