Christmas Shut Down Happy Christmas from Exeter City Council

We would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

The Civic Centre will close to the public on Tuesday, 24 December at midday and will reopen on Thursday, 2 January at 9am.

You will still be able to access many of our services online whenever you need to over the festive period.

Exeter Visitor Information and Tickets, Dix’s Field

Will close on Tuesday, 24 December at 12 midday. It is open on Friday, 27 December and Saturday, 28 December, from 10am to 4pm.

It will be closed on Sunday, 29 December, reopening on Monday 30 December and Tuesday 31 December, from 10am to 4pm.

It will be closed on Wednesday, 1 January, reopening on Thursday, 2 January, from 9.30am to 4.30pm.

Underground Passages

Will be close on 24, 25, 26 December, reopening on 27, 28, 29, 30 and 31 December from 9.30am to 5.30pm.

It will be closed on Wednesday 1 January 2020, reopening on Thursday, 2 January from 9.30am to 5.30pm.

Customs House

Will be open from Friday, 27 December to Sunday 29 December, 11am to 4pm, then normal opening pattern, which is closed Monday to Wednesday.    

Royal Albert Memorial Museum & Art Gallery

Will close at Monday, 23 December, reopening Tuesday, 24 December until 1pm.

It will be closed on Wednesday, 25 December and Thursday, 26 December, reopening Friday, 27 December.

It will be closed on Monday, 30 December, reopening Tuesday, 31 December, until 1pm.

It will be closed on Wednesday, 1 January, reopening on Thursday, 2 January, from 10am to 5pm.
