Public consultation on the Exeter Plan is underway and people from across the city are already having their say on plans for the future of the city.

Planning policy officers will be running exhibitions across the city so that people can come and view the Exeter Plan and ask questions.

On Thursday 2 November the team will be at Exeter Community Centre from 1pm – 7pm.

People can visit https://exeterplan.commonplace.is to find out more information and then fill out short surveys on one or more chapters.

Other event dates are:

  • 6 Nov – Custom House, 46 The Quay, Exeter EX2 4AN, 1pm to 7pm (this event is specifically for the Water Lane SPD)
  • 7 Nov - Exeter Library, Castle Street, Exeter, EX4 3PQ,  11am – 2pm
  • 9 Nov - St Thomas Cricket & Social Club, Grace Road, Marsh Barton, EX2 8PU, 1pm to 7pm
  • 13 Nov - Matthews Hall, Fore Street, Topsham, EX3 0HF, 12.30pm to 6pm
  • 20 Nov - The Guildhall, High Street, EX4 3EB, 1pm to 7pm
  • 27 Nov - Emmanuel Hall, Emmanuel Road, St Thomas, EX4 1EJ, 1pm to 7pm
  • 28 Nov - Exeter Library, Castle Street, Exeter, EX4 3PQ, 11am – 2pm
  • 5 Dec - Alphington Village Hall, Ide Lane, EX2 8UP, 1pm to 7pm
  • 7 Dec - Positive Lights, Sidwell Street, EX4 6RD, 1pm to 7pm
  • 12 Dec - Newcourt Community Centre, Blakeslee Drive, EX2 7FN, 1pm to 7pm

Copies of all documents can be viewed in the reception area at the Civic Centre, as well as in libraries across the city.
