Access our services online during the Christmas and New Year period

Residents will still be able to access many of our services online whenever they need to over the festive period.

The page highlights changes to bin collection dates and information about what can and cannot be recycled in the green bin.

There’s also cold weather advice and information on what to do if there is snow or the temperature drops significantly.

Information about homelessness and housing advice over the Christmas and New Year period is highlighted.

There’s also details on how tenants can access the emergency repairs service over the festive period.

Anyone coming into Exeter to shop or socialise is advised to avoid the queues and save money on parking by using park and ride services.  For anyone who is driving into the city centre there is information about the Council’s car parks.
