With people spending more time at home, we have seen higher than normal demand for new or replacement bins.

The pandemic has also affected the number of crew members available to carry out extra deliveries.

This means we may not be able to deliver your bins (or garden waste sacks) within our usual 10 day period. We are working hard to clear the backlog and apologise for any inconvenience.
