Registration now open for webinar on energy efficiency regulations

Landlords are being invited to take part in a live webinar giving an overview of everything they need to know about the regulations on energy efficiency.

On Thursday 9 December, at 6pm, Exeter City Council will host a live webinar with an overview of the Minimum Energy Efficiency (MEES) Regulations and what they mean for residential landlords.

The webinar will cover the following areas:

• What are the MEES regulations?
• Understanding and interpreting your EPC
• Funding options
• Exeter Community Energy
• Exemptions
• Compliance, notices and fines
• Q&A session

Registration for the event is now open, and landlords are asked to register here

A link to the live session will then be emailed to those who register nearer the time of the event. The webinar will be recorded and circulated after the session.
