New leader elected at Exeter City Council

Cllr Phil Bialyk became Leader at the Annual Council meeting. His Deputy is Cllr Rachel Sutton.

As well as electing a new Leader and Deputy, the Council has also appointed its Portfolio Holders and Member Champions.
