Let the Council know if you can’t make a pre-arranged appointment

The Council’s gas and repairs contractors have been experiencing issues with some residents not being home for pre-arranged appointments.

It is understandable that some residents may be concerned about letting contractors into their homes given the current issues with Covid-19.

But if any resident is unable to be to home for a pre-arranged appointment, they should inform the Council to rearrange, and allow others to take up the appointment.
