Landlords: if you are struggling to let an empty house get in touch

Published: 9 April 2020

The Council wants to hear from landlords who are unable to let empty homes because of the coronavirus restrictions.

We are working hard to support the community in Exeter and can help landlords find good tenants, help them move in, and even offer incentives in some cases.

The Council can help landlords to secure an income stream by getting the right tenant without lengthy delays.

Restrictions imposed to help stop the spread of coronavirus have led to some homes being left empty in Exeter.

Most letting agents are no longer taking on new lettings. But the Council is able to help and wants landlords to get in touch urgently.

For more information visit our Landlord Incentives Scheme page and provide us with your details. We will get back to you within two working days at most and discuss how we can help.

There is no obligation, just an offer to help you keep you on track by finding the right tenant.
