Help for home-owners as not-for-profit community lender rebrands

Published: 5 November 2020

Lendology Do you need to make essential repairs to your home?

Wessex Resolutions have been working with Exeter City Council since 2008, to enable homeowners to access financial help to repair their homes.

As a not-for-profit organisation, Wessex Resolutions created a sustainable funding stream in partnership with councils, to improve the quality of homes throughout the UK. Their mission is to deliver sensible lending that sees individuals as being more than just a credit score.

Since 2004 Wessex Resolutions had lent over £15.4m to households across the South West which has helped to improve housing, health and wellbeing.

Wessex Resolutions has now rebranded as Lendology CIC.

The loan scheme funds a range of home repairs, improvements, adaptations and energy efficiency measures.  There are a number of schemes aimed at supporting owner occupiers, park home owners, landlords, and empty property owners.

Their knowledgeable team of advisers will guide you through the process of applying for a home improvement loan, assess your eligibility, how much you could borrow and the loan best suited to your circumstances.

Contact Lendology CIC direct for an informal chat about the repairs, improvements or adaptations required to your property and how to apply.
