Free letting and support service for landlords

The council is looking for private rental properties in Exeter and the surrounding areas.

We offer a competitive range of financial and other benefits as part of our Housing Access Together (HAT) scheme.

Landlords will have the freedom to manage their property safe in the knowledge that they have support and advice available from us free of charge.
