Exeter’s bulky waste collections have restarted

We can collect the full range of items, but only from outside the property. No indoor collections can be offered.

Please bear in mind that there is likely to be a high demand for the service. Your patience as we resume collections is appreciated.

When you book your collection, please make a note of your booking reference. You will need this to reschedule your appointment should you develop COVID-19 symptoms between making your booking and our crew visiting your property. If you do develop symptoms, please call us on 01392 265010 so we can rearrange the collection.

Please note: this service is not for garden waste. We are now accepting new garden waste customers at exeter.gov.uk/gardenwaste.
