Councillors view Exeter’s amazing new leisure centre St Sidwell’s Point

Councillors are due to get a tour of Exeter’s brand new leisure centre St Sidwell’s Point on Monday morning.

The finishing touches are now being made at the state-of-the-art, passivhaus leisure centre, which is due to open in the spring.

These new pictures show the 25 metre, eight lane main pool, the 20 metre learner pool and confidence pool.

Councillors were shown around the 100 station gym and fitness studios as well as the amazing spa and health suite.

St Sidwell’s Point, which has been funded by Exeter City Council, is the first leisure centre in the UK to be built to the super energy efficient Parssivhaus standard.
