Changes to polling stations in Exeter

Published: 18 June 2024

Voters in Exeter need to be aware of changes to two polling stations in the city.

People in the city will go to the polls on Thursday 4 July for the General Election. Polling stations will be open from 7am in the morning until 10pm at night.

However, two previously used polling stations have had to be relocated to different locations nearby. Voters in these areas have been informed of the new locations on their recently posted poll cards.

The polling station at Sylvania Hall has been relocated to Stoke Hill Junior School. This is due to Sylvania Hall no longer being useable.

Also, the polling station in the community room at Rennes House will now be relocated to St Boniface Church in Brookway. This is due to on-going preparatory work at Rennes House.

As well as voters being notified of the new arrangements on their poll cards, signs will also be placed outside the new and previously used poll stations to make people aware.

Those who are unsure of where to vote can find out their polling station by simply entering their address on the website: www.exeter.gov.uk/pollingstations
